For items purchased online and in person, returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at email@example.com to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include the name of the item, photos, invoice number and your reason for the return or exchange. Returns or exchanges that are shipped without the authorization may not be accepted. Shipping costs on authorized items returned due to damage or defect will be covered by Quasar Gems. Returned shipping on items for other reasons will be paid for by the customer. We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange at managements discretion if the item being returned/exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth in this policy.
