Payment, Orders and Shipping Informations

We accept PayPal payments, bank transfers, credit cards, checks and cash on in person purchases.
We are wholesale only so you will not be charged sales tax.
With continual purchases, this option may be discussed with management.

Generally, all orders will be processed within 5 business days. If we are at a trade show it can take up to two weeks.
Updates will be sent to your email address we have on file. Please check your spam folder as sometimes these emails end up in there. You can also call us to obtain any updates.
We ask that your order is no less than $100.
Depending on the size of your order we will either ship in boxes or on a pallet via UPS or in flat rate boxes via USPS. We can also ship through either carrier depending on your preference.
Once you have confirmed and paid for your order, it will be shipped out either the same day or next day.

If you place an order that includes larger items such as Himalayan Salt Lamps, we will be required to ship them on a pallet.
