Payment, Orders and Shipping Informations
We accept PayPal payments, bank transfers, credit cards, checks and cash on in person purchases.
We are wholesale only so you will not be charged sales tax.
With continual purchases, this option may be discussed with management.
Once a shipping label is created for your order, you will receive a tracking number via email from either UPS or USPS. If for some reason you did not receive this information, feel free to contact us at 262-436-9002 or sales.quasargems@gmail.com.
Generally, all orders will be processed within 5 business days. If we are at a trade show it can take up to two weeks.
Updates will be sent to your email address we have on file. Please check your spam folder as sometimes these emails end up in there. You can also call us to obtain any updates.
We ask that your order is no less than $100.
Depending on the size of your order we will either ship in boxes or on a pallet via UPS or in flat rate boxes via USPS. We can also ship through either carrier depending on your preference.
Once you have confirmed and paid for your order, it will be shipped out either the same day or next day.

Yes, we can.
If you place an order that includes larger items such as Himalayan Salt Lamps, we will be required to ship them on a pallet.
Appointments and General Questions
We can set up an appointment for you to shop over the phone, in person at the warehouse or on a video call through FaceTime, WhatsApp, Zoom or Google Meet.
In order to shop we ask that you set up an appointment by calling 262-436-9002 or email sales.quasargems@gmail.com.
We ask that you limit amount of guests per appointment to six people. Please let us know if people in your group are planning on purchasing separately.

In order to purchase you must have a Business Tax ID or Resellers Permit.

You will be the first to hear about any free shipping promotions, offers, sales or discounts we have available as well as information about upcoming trade shows.
After you place your order, a member from the sales team will pick what we have available from your list and send you a sales order reflecting those items.
